We deal in handwoven and handcrafted Banarasi sarees and ethnic wear.

Product color, design, motif patterns, and weaving details may slightly vary due to:

  • Photography angles
  • Screen display settings
  • Minor variation is not counted as a defect.

All descriptions and pricing are mentioned as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or update product details.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept UPI / Net Banking / Wallets / Cards / COD (if applicable).
  • If payment fails or remains incomplete, the order will not be processed.
  • In case of technical payment errors, reach out to us for support.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India (and internationally where applicable).
  • Delivery time depends on location, courier availability, and order processing.
  • Once the product is handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier service, but we will assist in tracking and coordination.

5. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the nature of handloom & customized products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product received is damaged during transit.
  • Exchange is allowed only if:
  • The product is physically damaged on arrival, and
  • An unboxing video is provided as proof immediately upon delivery.

    Exchanges are not applicable for:

  • Color variation issues
  • Change of mind
  • Used or altered products

    Cancellations:

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after dispatch.
  • Custom / pre-order items are non-cancellable.

6. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product page.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.

  • Damage after product delivery
